Orders are generally shipped via J&T Express Malaysia.

◼︎Delivery Information

* We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.

* Orders with different order numbers cannot be combined into a single shipment.

* Once your order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related inquiries.

* Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed.

◼︎Undeliverable Packages

*If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the package cannot be redelivered, and we are unable to contact you, the returned package will be stored at our warehouse for **30 days**.

If we do not receive any communication from you within the storage period:

* Your order will be treated as canceled due to the customer's circumstances.

* The purchase price will **not** be refunded.

* Ownership of the merchandise will be considered abandoned after the 30-day storage period.

* We will not accept requests for reshipment, returns, or refunds after the storage period has expired.

*For food products: For products with an expiration date, if the product expires before redelivery can be arranged, it will be returned to the sender. Redelivery cannot be provided after the expiration date.

◼︎Product Availability

In rare cases, products may become unavailable due to production delays or insufficient production quantities.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you individually to cancel the order. Any payment already received will be refunded in full.
